Ingredients: maltodextrin, zinc bisglycinate (zinc amino acid chelate), bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule (gelatin, colour: E171). 

Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule once a day during meal or otherwise after consultation with your doctor.
